The short version

We only collect what you give us — no ad trackers, no analytics resale.
We never sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Client outreach data lives in your CRM, under your access controls.

SDR.ai is founder-run, and we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us — when you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, work email, company, role, team size, priorities, and current tools.
Scheduling data — if you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy.
Basic technical data — our host (Vercel) may log standard request data such as IP address for security and operations. We do not run advertising trackers or sell analytics data.
Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers when the page loads.

How we use it

To respond to your demo request and prepare your walkthrough.
To communicate with you about your inquiry or engagement.
To operate and secure this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Where it lives, and for how long

Demo requests and correspondence are stored in our CRM and email systems. We keep inquiry data only as long as it's useful for the conversation you started with us — if you never become a client, you can ask us to delete it at any time, and we periodically clear out stale inquiries ourselves. For client engagements, outreach data lives in your CRM under your access controls, with auditable records and opt-outs honored across channels.

Prospect data in client engagements

When we run outreach for a client, we process business-contact information about prospects (name, title, company, business contact details) on that client's behalf, sourced from professional platforms and licensed data providers. Opt-out requests from prospects are honored across all channels — a prospect who asks to be removed, stays removed. Prospects can also contact chad@sdr.ai directly.

Your rights

Wherever you are, we extend the same rights: you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive a copy of it, or object to how it's used. Email chad@sdr.ai — no forms, no runaround.

Cookies & local storage

This site does not use advertising cookies. We use minimal browser storage for functionality only (for example, remembering that you unlocked a private page during a session).
